From the very beginning, God revealed His heart for humanity: He doesn’t want you to struggle alone. When He saw that Adam was alone in the garden, in Genesis chapter 2 verse 18, He said, “It is not good for the man to be alone.” This shows that God’s intention for you is not loneliness, but companionship, support, and help on every side.

God knows exactly what you need to fulfill your purpose. He knows when you need strength, encouragement, or partnership, and He knows how to bring the right people into your life at the right time.

The “helper” that God created for Adam wasn’t just about marriage; it was about divine support. God knows that no one can walk through life alone. That’s why He provides help in many forms: spiritual help, emotional help, financial help, and even the right relationships.

For those trusting God for marriage, take comfort in this truth: if it was God’s idea for Adam to have a helper, then it is also God’s will for you to find a partner that is suitable for you, one who complements your purpose, strengthens your walk with Him, and brings joy to your journey.

God is not late. When He brings your helper, it will be the right person, at the right time, with the right heart.

In Ruth chapter 2 verse 4, Ruth had lost everything, her husband, her home, and her future seemed uncertain. But because she remained faithful and trusted God, divine help found her in Boaz. Their union was not just about love; it was about destiny. Through that relationship, God restored Ruth’s life and positioned her in the lineage of Jesus Christ.

Just like Ruth, when you trust God and stay faithful, He will orchestrate your steps and connect you with those who are meant to help you fulfill your purpose.

Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, thank You for caring about every detail of my life. I know it is not Your will for me to walk alone. Lord, send me the right help and the right people who will strengthen me and walk with me according to Your purpose. For those trusting You for marriage, let their suitable companion appear in Your perfect timing. Surround me with divine support and cause every area of my life to experience Your help.
