Orlando-based worship collective Mainstream Worship, in collaboration with gospel vocalist Melanie Rivera, has released their latest single, “Near,” now available on all major streaming platforms.

Inspired by the timeless words of Psalm 139:7-12, “Near” is a heartfelt worship anthem that speaks of God’s unrelenting presence. With the psalmist’s cry, “Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?” as its foundation, the song beautifully captures the truth that no distance, darkness, or brokenness can separate us from God’s love.

Produced by Kyle Timian and written by Melanie Rivera, Kyle Timian, Jake James, Stephanie Morales, and Josh Daughtry, “Near” combines honest, vulnerable lyrics with soul-stirring melodies, inviting listeners to draw close to the One who is always near.

Mainstream Worship shares, “This song is a reminder that in every season — whether in moments of celebration or struggle — God is present. He meets us right where we are.”

Melanie Rivera adds, “‘Near’ is a deeply personal song for me. It came from a place of realizing that even when I feel far, God is still close. I pray it encourages others to trust in His nearness, no matter what they face.”

“Near” is now streaming on all major digital platforms.
