Abbey Ojomu - Sound of the King

Nigerian gospel music sensation, Abbey Ojomu, renowned as a worship leader, songwriter, and the convener of the Qavah prayer meetings, unveils her latest soul-stirring single titled "Sound Of The King."

Delving into the essence of the song, Abbey elucidates, "Sound signifies various profound occurrences: it heralds the arrival of a newborn with their cry, at the time of passing, an individual ceases to emit sound, giving way to the cries of mourning; prior to war, the trumpet sounds (Jeremiah 50:22), and the approach of destruction is signified by the sound of chariots (Ezekiel 10:5)."

"In the genesis of creation, the Lord uttered words, and creation came into being, all through the sound of His divine utterances. When you perceive the arrival of the King, a resounding sound precedes His presence."

Abbey Ojomu emphasizes that this is a call to arms—a resounding cry! It's a sound that beckons the arrival of the King of Glory—a call that ushers in the presence of the omniscient King, the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

"Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of Him. Even so. Amen!"

Abbey Ojomu concludes with triumphant proclamation, "The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed! He’s the King of kings and the Lord of lords!"

Abbey Ojomu is also the Convener of a monthly prayer meeting named "Qavah," a gathering where weary souls unite under the divine aura of Jesus, leaving with renewed strength—the waiting room.

Among her repertoire, Abbey has a collection of heart-stirring songs, including "We Behold," "Holy Ghost," and "We Share The Same Lover," to mention just a few.
