The album was recorded live at two separate worship events in Lagos, Nigeria. Containing 19 songs that exude God's divine presence, the Victory Dance album is a powerful and uplifting collection of music that promises to heal and bring life to every aspect of our lives. Peterson Okopi has described the album as a reflection of his journey from scars to victory, drawing on his personal life experiences, his reactions to those experiences, and ultimately the victories he achieved.
Nara Ekele (Osuba Remix), is a song off the album. The song features veteran Nigerian gospel musician, Chioma Jesus.
