Have you at any point seen somebody's picture and everything you can recall about the person is how they hurt you you? That is outrage. It is from the Spirit; memories are everlasting because they live inside the soul. The picture of the individual trigger the outrage in your spirit. It is self harming, you need to let go.
You ought to let go not on account of you are a Christian but rather in light of the fact that it is a summon from God in Colossians 3:13.
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Likewise, recollect that you have step on a few toes, broke a few hearts in your life journey. Most importantly, you have broken the heart of God such a large number of times, yet, he pardons you.

It is hard, yes I know, but forgiveness is a gift you give and also receive. The love of God do not make you win everytime you fight, I know your heart is bleeding, please let the bad blood go. For all the love they took away, just let the bad blood go. You've seen too many light to be living in the dark. Keep no grudges in your heart, just let the bad blood go. Don't be ashame to apologise when you wrong others, and if you know God is always ready to forgive you, you should forgive too.
I know they hurt you in the choir, I know the Pastor went too far, forget everything that happened, come back to the choir, come back to the church and let the bad blood go. Regardless of your skin, as a Christian, I know your heart is Holy. Only bad blood can bring dirt to the heart of a true believer.
